Terms and Conditions 

Appointments and Cancellations  

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so the necessary paperwork can be completed.  

  • Prior to your appointment we will inform you if any preparation time is required in advanced before your treatment. Failure to follow treatment guidelines may result in reduced treatment, cancellation of appointment or additional fees being charged.  

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment and in some cases, very late arrival may result in forfeiting the scheduled appointment time. This is because we aim to ensure that our operations and treatments run smoothly.

We require 48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To avoid your deposit being fortified, you can reach us via email or on +44 7455151107. 

 

Deposits and Cancellations  

  • A minimum deposit of £100 is taken when booking your initial consultation, this deposit is a redeemable against treatments only.

  • Any appointment made within 48hrs are subject to the above terms and conditions.  

 

Age Restrictions  

We regret to inform you we do not treat clients under the age of 18 years, even with written parental consent.  

In addition, if you attend your appointment with a child, (under 18 years) we reserve the right the reschedule/ cancel your appointment and the above cancellation policy will apply.  

 

A Course of Treatment  

All Paid courses of treatment are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. After this time, any remaining treatments will no longer be redeemable.  

 

Gift vouchers  

E-Gift vouchers and clinic vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  

 

Returns Policy  

  • Consultations fee will be refunded up to 48hrs prior your scheduled appointment.  

  • Christina Bethany will not provide refunds on treatments provided in good faith and on treatments where all potential reactions have been explained and informed consent been declared.  

  • For online purchases, we offer refunds and exchanges on unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase.   

We offer no refunds on treatments and products purchased in clinic.  

 

Complaints Policy  

  • All Complaints are taken very seriously with Christina Bethany. In the event a client has a complaint, they should speak with our team at the earliest opportunity to resolve the issue raised. If the client does not feel that the issue is not resolved to their complete satisfaction, a formal complaint can be submitted.  

  • Formal Complaints should be sent via email to clinic@christinabethany.com  

  • All Complaints will be formally investigated, and clients will be informed of the outcome within 20 working days of a written acknowledgement.

 Modifications  

Christina Bethany may revise the terms and conditions of this website at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of the terms and conditions.  

 

Governing Law  

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of United Kingdom; England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
