Our consultations are the first place to start your skin health journey. I aim to provide clients with the knowledge and tools to help you manage your skin condition whilst empowering clients to enhance their skin health. Through skin analysis we use our expertise to discuss physiology, treatment guidelines to create personalised skincare regimes, and treatment programmes. This will be a clear guide of what we can offer, potential results, skin maintenance and costs.

 

Please Note: Consultations are non-refundable and act as a deposit for all treatments.

Informed Consent

All clients are required to provide written consent before starting any treatment. This ensures that you are fully informed about the procedure, expected outcomes, and any associated risks. During your consultation, we’ll go through the relevant forms and answer any questions so you feel completely confident moving forward.​

Photography

​

Our clinic policy is that all clients consent to being photographed pre and post treatment. These photographs are part of the confidential records and are used as a tool in assessing the effectiveness of the treatment. Rest assured all photos for social media and marketing material requires additional consent. We would always ask prior to taking any images of you and will show you all images to confirm you are happy for them prior to them being published.

 

Same-Day Treatment

In some cases, treatments can be carried out on the same day as your consultation. This will depend on your skin condition, treatment choice, and medical suitability. If same-day treatment is an option, we’ll discuss it with you during your appointment.​

Aftercare

Post-treatment care is essential for achieving optimal results and avoiding complications. You’ll be given tailored aftercare instructions based on the procedure you’ve had. We’re also available to support you following your treatment, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any concerns or questions.
